If it’s difficult to take large furniture or appliances home, we offer a free light truck rental (AT vehicle) for customers with a valid Japanese driver’s license.

Our staff will assist with loading your items.

Note: This service is available for purchases of furniture or appliances totaling 5,000 yen or more. Customers must be between 20 and 69 years old.

We also offer a reservation (hold) service!

If you don’t have the funds on hand, you can reserve items for up to one week.

Please note: If you cancel an item after placing it on hold, the deposit cannot be refunded.

We also provide a paid delivery service. For more details, please ask our staff in-store.
